Well its now the big countdown …. With just over 24 hours to go before Im due to board my first plane down to Heathrow, my backpack is almost(!) packed and tickets are printed and ready to go.
It’s been a busy few weeks, getting my kit together and having a final push on all fundraising. I’ve been to speak at several events and groups in recent weeks and have been amazed by people’s generosity. Those pounds and pennies really do make all the difference!
So far the total is £3497 …. an amazing amount and I know that every penny is much needed and will be well used by Vision Africa.
